This is based on a poem that speaks of the hand of life drawing a bird that it puts in the nest of the tree of death, and the hand of death that draws a bird that it puts in a nest of the tree of life, and so on in a confounding circular manner. I enjoy looking at this moving interpretation more than I enjoy reading the poem.
